Curriculum Development focused on learner-centered curriculum that is relevant to the culture, geography and faith of students, and fosters innovation towards the future they will lead. The central philosophy behind our curriculum development program is that “If you don’t know and love who you are, others will always define and dominate you.” Learner-centered curriculum offers these critical benefits:

Teacher Mindset Assessment, Training, Workshops & Coaching. Beyond knowledge, education or experience, attitude and mindset are critical factors that determine the quality of a teacher. As a needed supplement to standard teacher training, we offer training on the soft skills of teaching, such as connecting with a higher life purpose and enthusiasm in the classroom, having compassion for students, and seeing the infinite potential in all students. These programs connect with the teacher as a person, appreciates their contribution to our future world, and refuels them with renewed inspiration and motivation to excel in their profession.

Africana Studies seminars are multidisciplinary and interactive seminars designed to enhance student familiarity with the rich contributions of people of African origin and descent. These can be periodic (i.e. Black History Month programs), regular (i.e. monthly) or one-time (i.e. in honor of a particular milestone or event).
